Use

In this IMG activity, you can assign sick leave quota values to employee groups created in Define Employee Groups Based on Contract Duration .

NPO: Quota Update for Sick Leave Entitlement report (HUNTQTASLE) reads the values you enter in this activity to generate sick leave entitlements.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Select the employee group in the Group field.
  3. Enter the validity period for the sick leave quota.
  4. Enter the sick leave with full pay value in the No. SLWFP field.
  5. Enter the sick leave with half pay value in the No. SLWHP field.
  6. Enter the sequence number in the Cnt. field.
  7. Select the time type identifier TimTyp field.
  8. Enter the time type in the Timetype field.

    Note

    Select the time type to be entered from Time Types table (T555A).

  9. Save your entries.
