In this IMG activity, you can define employee groups based on their contract duration.

Employees are entitled to different sick leaves based on their contract durations.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, the following employee groups are defined:

• 01 - Contracts < 12 months
• 02 - Contracts > 12 months
• 03 - Contracts > 60 months

Activities

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter the employee group in Group field.
3. Enter the contract duration in Grouping field.
4. Save your entries.
