Use

In this IMG activity, you specify the wage types and percentages for each scheme to be used for the pension contribution calculation.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Pension Fund Scheme in the PF Scheme field.
  3. Enter the date till when the scheme is valid in the End Date field.
  4. In the Pension Fund Scheme Values Maintenance View section, enter:
    1. The date from which the scheme is valid in the Start Date field.
    2. Enter the percentage of pensionable earnings used in payroll to calculate employer contribution to the pension fund in the PF Employer Percent. field.
    3. Enter the percentage of pensionable earnings used in payroll to calculate employee's contribution to the pension fund in PF Employee Percent. field.
    4. Enter the wage type that stores the employer contribution in the ER Subsidy Wtype field.
    5. Enter the wage type that stores the employee contribution in the EE Contribution WT field.
  5. Save your entries.
