Use

In this IMG activity, you maintain whether the school type is pre primary or not. Pre primary schools are exceptions for Education Grant (EG) calculations.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, the pre primary school type is configured as an exception.

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Education Type in EGTyp field.
  3. Enter the EG School Type text in EG School Type field.
  4. Set the DDS indicator if the school type belongs to a designated duty station.
  5. Set the PrePrim indicator if the EG school type is pre primary. If this indicator is set, the school type is not mandatory for calculation .
  6. Save your entries.
