Use

In this IMG activity, you can define the non-removal assignment grant for a particular Hardship Classification Category. The grant is a percentage of base salary. The employee is eligible for the grant when he or she is moved to another Duty Station.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, the system displays the the non-removal elements that are currently defined.

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Harship Classification category in the HS Class field.
  3. Enter the validity period.
  4. Enter the percentage of base salary the employee is eligible to receive as non-removal assignment grant for his personal effects in the Non/Rem % field.
  5. Enter the wage type that stores the non-removal assignment grant in the Wage Type field.
  6. Save your entries.
