Use

In this IMG activity, maintain the post adjustment modifier for duty stations.

The cost-of-living varies significantly between duty stations. The post adjustment is designed to compensate the differences in living costs, thereby providing the employee with the same purchasing power at all duty stations.

You must use the wage type for post adjustments in the Indirect Evaluation Module UNPAE with variant P.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Duty Station code in the DS field.
  3. Enter the Employee Group Subgroup grouping in the Grpg field.
  4. Enter the date until when the employee is eligible for Post Adjustment Allowance in the Entl. Date(Valid To) field.
  5. Enter the validity period.
  6. Enter the Post Adjustment Multiplier in the Post Adjustment Mul field.
  7. Enter the date from when the employee is eligible for Post Adjustment Allowance in the Entl. Date(Valid From) field.
  8. Save your entries.

This table can be loaded from the Common Maintenance Table (CMT) interface.
