Use

In this IMG activity, you can maintain the percentage of net salary payable as Mobility Compensation to the employee.

This Mobility Compensation is based on:

  • Assignment number
  • Hardship Classification of the Duty Station

Activities

To define the Mobility Compensation:

  1. Select the Country Grouping UN.
  2. Select the Qualifying Assignment.
  3. Select New Enties.
  4. Enter the Hardship Classification in the HS Class field.
  5. Enter the validity period.
  6. Enter the percentage of net salary to be used to calculate Mobility Compensation in the Mob. % field.
  7. Select the wage type tha stores the Mobility Compensation in the Wage Type field.
  8. Save your entries.
