Use   

In this IMG activity, you maintain the dependency allowance entitlements for an employee with regard to:

  • Duty station
  • Employee Group Subgroup grouping
  • Allowance Characteristic

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Duty Station in the Duty Station field.
  3. Enter Employee Group Subgroup grouping in ESG for CAP field.
  4. Enter the relevant proficiency for the family characteristic in the Proficiency field.
  5. Enter the validity period for which the employee is eligible for the Dependency Allowance in the Eligibillity date fields.
  6. In the Duty Station Dependency Allowance Maintenance View section,
    1. Enter the wage type that stores the dependency allowance in the Wage Type field.
    2. Enter the amount of entitlement in the Amount field.
  7. In the Periods section, enter the validity period.
  8. Save your entries.

This table could be loaded from the Common Maintenance Table (CMT) interface.
