Use

In this IMG activity, you can:

  • Assign the rental subsidy scheme to each duty station
  • Define whether the calculation will be in amount or percentage form
  • Define whether the employees in a particular duty station are eligible for a maximum rent re-imbursement waiver.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Duty Station code in DS field.
  3. Enter the validity period of the Duty Station.
  4. Enter the Home Leave Cycle in the Home Leave field.
  5. Select the rental subsidy scheme in the Scheme field.
  6. Specify whether the calculation is in amount or percentage form in %/Amt field.
  7. Select the Waiver indicator if a waiver of the maximum allowable rent reimbursement is permitted.
  8. Save your entries.
