Standard settings

Activities

To create a duty station other than the ones already maintained in the standard system:

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter the duty station code in DS field.
3. Enter the duty station description in Duty Station Text field.
4. Select the country to which the duty station belongs in Cty field.
5. Select the date until which the duty station will be valid in the End Date field.

   Note

   If the End Date field is left blank, the system maintains the validity period of the duty station until 31/12/9999.
