Use

In this IMG activity, maintain the infotypes that are not relevant for Personnel Action Approval Process (PAAP).

Employee master data maintained in the selected infotypes is not sent for approval to the Human Resources (HR) department. However, when you hire an employee, as part of PAAP, the HR department approves the employee master data before updating the same into the system.

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Select the infotypes not relevant for PAAP in the IT field.
  3. Select the Rel indicator.
  4. Save your entries.
