Use
In this IMG activity, you can enable Personnel Action Approval Process (PAAP) for your organization.
Personnel Action Approval Process (PAAP) is a process where changes to an employee's master data are initially made to his or her temporary Personnel Number. After approval from the Human Resources department, system updates the changes to the employee's standard Personnel Number.

Activities
To enable Personnel Action Approval Process (PAAP) for your organization:
- Enter X in the Activation Flag field, against the parameter Mainswitch.
- Save your entries.
Note
In case you do not want to enable this process, leave the Activation Flag field blank.
