Use

In this IMG activity, you maintain the date on which the exchange rate is effective for a payroll period.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter the date modifier in the DM field.
3. Enter the period paramenter in the Period Parameter field.
4. Enter the payroll year in the PayY field.
5. Enter the Payroll Period in the PP field.
6. Enter the date identifier in the D.ID field.
7. Enter date on which the exchange rate is effective for a payroll period in the Date field.
8. Save your entries.

Note

Add entry for Date ID 90 for each payroll period and set the date as the exchange effective date, for example, the fifteenth of each month.
