Use

In this Customizing activity, you define the rating criteria that you want to use in supplier performance management. For each rating criteria you maintain an identifier, a description, a relation to a category, and a rule to specify how it is calculated.

Requirements

Define the categories for the rating criteria in the Customizing activity Define Category for Rating Criteria.

Standard settings

Only the following rating criteria are relevant to supplier performance management:

  • ASN_ACCUR (Accuracy (ASN))
  • ONTL_ONT (On-Time Delivery (line-based algorithm))
  • ONTL_OVDUE (Overdue Delivery (line-based algorithm))
  • ONTQ_EARLY (Early Delivery (quantity-based algorithm))
  • ONTQ_ONT (On-Time Delivery (quantity-based algorithm))
  • ONTQ_OVDUE (Overdue Delivery (quantity-based algorithm))
  • ONTQ_OVER (Over Delivery (quantity-based algorithm))
  • SHIP_DISCR (Shipped Quantity Discrepancy)
