Use
In this Customizing activity, you map the resource pools of Project Management projects to organization units of SAP Portfolio and Project Management. By transferring these resource pools as organizations in SAP Portfolio and Project Management, you enable the staffing process in underlying Project Management projects for the resource pools.
For the created resource pools, you have to choose an existing organization.
If you do not fill the optional fields Manager Position ID and Resource Position ID, these fields are automatically created by the report Transfer Resource Pool to Organization (/RPM/MIG_RESPOOL2ORG).
Requirements
- You have created organizations for the resource pool by running the /RPM/MIG_RESPOOL2ORG report with a valid selection. The report will create the organization and will create an entry in this mapping table.
- You have created resource pools in the front end, by choosing Portfolio Management -> Administration -> Resource Pools.
