Use
In this Customizing activity, you can configure the fields that appear within each sheet in the Microsoft Excel workbooks that are used for mass importing of data to items, initiatives, or projects. Each field in the workbook is matched to a field within the item, initiative, or project.
In the workbook for items, the following sheets are available:
- Item
- Item Authorization
- Decision Point
- Decision Point Authorization
In the workbook for initiatives, the following sheets are available:
- Initiatives
- Initiative Authorization
- Decision Point
- Decision Point Authorization
- Responsible
- Staffing
- Phase
- Phase Authorization
In the workbook for buckets, the following sheets are available:

Activities
When you open this Customizing activity, you choose the sheet for which you want to configure the fields.
For each field in the sheets, you can view or modify the following:
- The position in which the field appears in the column in the sheet
- Whether the field is visible or not
- The label that is used for each field
