Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define the mapping rules from the portfolio management status to the central DFM status. The mapping is used during synchronization to determine which DFM status is set on the target object.
The central DFM status is used to map the status of the source object to the status of the target object.
Requirements
You have maintained the central DFM statuses in the Customizing activity Maintain DFM Statuses. As in the business scenario, you have configured any additional statuses.
Example
To map an item object status to the DFM status Ready for Review, you maintain the following entries:
- Object Group: PPO
- Object Status: 0004 (For Review)
- DFM Status: I1773 (Ready for Review)
