There are two categories of flow key figures: Flow in Transaction/Payment Currency (PAFLW), whose key figure delivers a flow in the transaction currency; Flow in Calculation Currency (PAFLWCC), whose key figure delivers a flow valued in a particular evaluation currency. Flow key figures of the category PAFLWCC are derived as per the key figure hierarchy of the key figure category Flow in Transaction Currency (PAFLW). This means that the flow key figures of key figure category PAFLWCC have a key figure of key figure category PAFLW as their basic key figure.

Requirements
You can maintain flow key figures only if a key figure of the category PAFLW already exists, and is used as a basic key figure.
You also need to maintain flow types so that the system can calculate flows.

Activities
Choose Display/Change to switch to the change mode. Then choose New Entries.
Enter an 8-character ID for the key figure definition. Enter a description.
Using the input help, choose the required basic key figure.
