Use

To use a data basis in the context of concurrent costing, you must make an assignment to a number range interval for every data basis. You can use the same number range interval for several data bases.

Requirements

You have created at least one interval for the number range object costing platform. You can also do this within this activity as a preparatory step.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. In the initial screen of the activity 'Number Assignment Costing Platform', choose Group -> Maintain.
  2. In the lower screen area, select a data basis under 'not assigned' that you want to assign to a number range interval.
  3. Choose Edit -> Select Element.
  4. Set the indicator of the number range group to which you want assign the data basis.
  5. Choose Edit -> Assign Element Group.

    The data basis is now assigned to the interval that was defined for the number range group you selected.

  6. Save your settings.

You can define further ranges and groups from the initial screen if necessary.
