In this step you define the product types for which you want to use the release workflow in the various Treasury areas (money market, foreign exchange, securities, derivatives). You define the relevant product types at company code level and specify the release conditions for each transaction type.

Requirements

The product types and transaction types must have been defined beforehand.

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Select the product type for which you want to use a release workflow.
  3. Select a transaction type. The system only displays the transaction types that have been defined for the product type.
  4. Set the Rel.proc. indicator.
  5. Save your entries. Select the new entry and choose Release conditions.
  6. Choose New entries.
  7. Select the activity category. The system only displays the activity categories that are relevant for the product type.
  8. In the activity category, select the activity for which you want to use the workflow.
  9. Set the Release required indicator.
  10. Select the number of release steps for the workflow and define the processing type.
  11. Save your entries.
