In this step, you can create your own reports for evaluation of existing data according to your requirements.
Requirements
You have previously defined forms for your reports. Forms describe the content and formal structure of a list. You can consider a form as the basis for a report, completed when the report is defined. You will find more information on creating a form in the unit entitled "Create form".
Standard settings
There are reports in the standard system which you can use to create your own reports.
The namespace provided by SAP for the technical name of the its reports covers all names beginning with figures (0XXXXXX,...,9XXXXXX), and may not be used for your own reports.
Activities
Create your own reports. You can copy the reports from the standard system and use them as models.
Further notes
You will find detailed information and examples relating to procedure when creating reports in the "General Drilldown Reporting Manual".
You can create a transport request for the further transport of the reports you have defined to a target system. YOu will find more information in the step entitled "Transport report".
