Use
In this IMG activity, you decide whether the rule series is valid for a particular contract type.
Only the rule series related to the current contract type can be entered in the Contract Elements infotype (0016).The value you enter here is displayed in the Rules Series ID list in Contract Elements infotype (0016).
The validity of the Rule Series ID in relation to the contract type is checked during Process Before Output (PBO) and Process After Input (PAI). If the rule series is not valid for the particular contract type, the system gives a warning message during PBO, and an error message during PAI.

Activities
You can customize the validity of the rule series that already exists in the standard system.
To assign a new rule series to contract types:
- Select New Entries.
- Enter the Rule series ID in the Rules id field.
- Enter the type of contract in Contract Type field.
Note
The contract type should be defined in table T547V.
- Enter the value X in the Enabled field if the Rule series in valid for the contract type.
- Save your entries.
