Use

In this IMG activity, you can define Absence Quota types. Employees are eligible for different Absence Quota types

depending on their assignment duration. The Absence Quota types you define here are available for assignment in Absence Quotas infotype (2006).

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, following Absence Quotas are provided:

  • 20 - Leave with full Pay Quota
  • 25 - Leave with half Pay Quota

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Absence Quota type code in the AQTyp field.
  3. If you are creating quota type for sick leave with full pay:
    1. Enter Y in the creation (2013) as SLWFP field.
    2. Enter Y in the accept (2006) as SLWFP field.
  4. If you are creating quota type for sick leave with half pay:
    1. Enter Y in the creation (2013) as SLWHP field.
    2. Enter Y in the accept (2006) as SLWHP field.
  5. Save your entries.
