Use

In this IMG activity, you maintan the attributes for Absence/Attendance types.

Maintain this activity if the employees accrue their sick leave quota based on the duration of their assignment in the organization and regain the used quota over a rolling period.

NPO: Quota Update for Sick Leave Accrual report (HUNTQTASLA) selects employees by their contract duration at the beginning of each month and assigns them the necessary quotas.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter X in the Ignore for contract check field, if you want NPO: Quota Update for Sick Leave Accrual report (HUNTQTASLA) to ignore absence/attendance type records. These records are maintained in Absences infortype (2001) and Attendance infotype (2002).
  3. Enter X in the Valid as SLWFP field, if you want to specify the absence/attendance type as special leave with full pay .
  4. Enter X in the Valid as SLWHP field, if you want to specify the absence/attendance type as special leave with half pay .
  5. Enter X in the Valid as uncert. SL field, if you want to specify the absence/attendance type as uncertified special leave. In the system this is processed as same as special leave with full pay.
  6. Save your entries.
