In this implementation guide step you can run the program for municipality list loading, starting from an external ASCII file.
The program will also automatically update tables "Municipality keys" and "Municipal tax indicators".
Example
Requirements
Creation of an external ASCII file including the names of all municipalities to be generated as an Excel table.
For instructions on the generation of this file, see program documentation.
Standard settings
If this program is used for the loading of data from an external file, you do not need to handle the implementation guide steps, which will be updated automatically:
- Define taxation formulas
- Define municipal tax settlement
- Define payment instalment calendar
- Define municipal tax instalment settlement
- Define settlement indicator (infotype 0155)
The other steps must be updated individually for each case.
Recommendation
In field "Input file (ASCII)" enter the external file complete name; Help F4 allows you to display the window to find the external file previously saved.
We suggest that you initially execute a test run, in order to check the consistency of the values entered and to exclude the existence of double keys for unique indicators (e.g.: Municipality key).
Activities
- Fill in all required fields;
- Start the program.
