This table is already used for DM10 form, and those data concerning this form (DM10-2/89) are re-used for the UniEmens procedure with the rules and conditions set before and which are productive already.

If it does not exist yet, create the code for UniEmens;

In the field Code type assign the value "Individual".

Only those codes which are coded and mapped according to the official specifications must be set in this table.
