This step is used to set retroactive accounting functions within the Italian payroll scheme.
According to their position, these functions manage the values (amount and number) of the items (for instance cumulations) calculated by the scheme up to that moment.
This happens for months which are recalculated; in the current month these positions indicate when the differences recalculated are to be credited or debited in the items.
In particular, the differences concerning the current year or the previous years are added to the cumulations indicated in table T5ITAI.
The functions of retroactive accounting are:
- ITRIN: function for retroactive accounting initialization;
- ITRET: function for retroactive accounting after taxable amount
generation.
