In this step you define the technical contributions you have to use for the abatement of the previous years tax scale of the employee (es /3b1).
Furthermore you have to define an identical copy of each technical contribution with opposite sign (specified by PRCL 62), so that you can settle the contributions deducted from the tax scale of the current year (es /175).
Through PRCL 62 the system can define if the amount is credited or debited to the employee.
Example
/3B1 can abate the previous years tax scale (/176).
(As the contribution is defined by PRCL 62 as an amount to be credited (+), the abatement of the tax scale always occurs with plus sign in the system).
/3B2 is added to the tax scale /175.
Requirements
- Define the previous steps;
- Set technical items for contributions:
- Through PRCL 62 you can specify if the amount is debited or credited;
- These items come together in a cumulation of tax scale for previous years (/175) or current year (/176) as defined by SAP.

The previous years technical contribution must be identical to the total amount of contributions of the employee which had been previously assigned to the corresponding taxation type of the current year.
Example:
Taxation type 60 corresponds to taxation type 41 for the current year.
