In this step you can define the previous yeats tax scale on which the "technical contribution" of the previous years are calculated, they are necessary for the abatement of the previous years tax scale.
In order to do this you have to define several taxation types.
Example
- 60 Contributions employees on prevous years arrears;
- 61 Contributions on want of notice;
- 62 Contributions on separate taxation.

Recommendation
SAP recommends to use the taxation types defined in the system as standard or to use them in order to create own taxation types.
Activities
Copy all the taxation types in the production client.
Further notes
Wate type 60 (contributions employee on previous years arrears) is linked to wage type 41 (pension adjustment fund). It is very important that the two wage types are identical because they belong to the same type of contribution tax scale.
Tax scale derives from wage types (cumulations) /1xx, where xx= corresponds to the taxation type.
