Standard settings
The INAIL modifier field is based on the personnel area / subarea and is used as a "filter" by Help F4 and by info-type 0659.
In addition to this, this table indicates which territorial insurance position/rate type couples are valid for a given grouping or modifier.

Further notes
This view is not mandatory for the migration activity from the old to the new INAIL solution, but the correct management of the view allows you to assign more accurately the couple territorial insurance position/rate type to each employee.
It is also useful to manage this activity when you want to propose default values for an employee.
