In this IMG step, each sub-area is assigned the preferential INAIL (National Insurance Institute for Industrial Accidents) office.
When a new infotype for INAIL is created, the "INAIL office" field is input automatically with the employee sub-area preferential office.
Example
A company has two branches: Naples and Catania; the Naples branch is made up of sub-area 0001 of area AAAA; the Catania branch is made up of sub-area 0001 of area BBBB.
The preferential INAIL office for sub-area 0001/AAAA is 33400 (Naples 1); The preferential INAIL office for sub-area 0001/BBBB is 41300 (Catania 1).
In case of centralized contribution, the situation will be as follows: both for sub-area 0001/AAAA and for 0001/BBBB the preferential office will be, for example, 33400.
Requirements
Standard settings
The "INAIL office" field is filled in automatically with the preferential value when a new INAIL infotype is created for an employee.
If the preferential office is not matched with the employee position on the INAIL office assignment table, the office field will remain blank.
Example: employee xyxyx is part of sub-area 0001 for area IT01; for this area the preferential office is 11100 (Alessandria 1). This employee has INAIL position 1...9 which however has not been assigned to office Alessandria 1. In this case, the SEDEI field is not filled in automatically with preferential value 11100.
