In this step you can define a text selected by the user for the notes related to the legal form.
Notes are identified by means of the section or part (always N) and a numeric code.

Requirements
You cannot assign a text to a note in this view, if the correspondent box is not displayed in the view where the legal form boxes are described (previous step of the implementation guide).
Standard settings
Symbol # in the standard notes provided by SAP indicates the position of the variable part of the note (usually a numerical value) within the fixed text.
Recommendation
Use the following special characters to write the note text:
/N: indicates a line jump;
/S: indicates a blank between two words that must be on the same line.
When the program fills the lines of parts D and E of the legal form, it considers the line jumps entered in the texts of this view.
Activities
- Assign the section and a numeric code to the note.
- Assign a fixed text to the note.
Further notes
The note text can be 40 character long. If you intend to assign a longer text to the note, you need to enter a further record for the same note and increase the sequence number.
Only write whole words on each line.
