This step of the implementation guide includes a description of the legal form boxes that will be connected to the relevant wage types (for "amount" boxes) by means of table V_T5ITW5 of the view cluster.
Example
The box with code 501 of legal form CUD2002 is of type A (amount) and it has a note with value 1 (encrypted).
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP provides a standard table for notes relevant for the legal form.
In some cases, however, it may be necessary to assign further customer numbers in order to determine non-standard notes.
Example: income data from employment in a foreign country.
This view contains additionally the indication of the maximum number of repetitions allowed for every box.
Example: max 4 repetitions for boxes 28-36 in part C (= 4 lines)
max 62 repetitions for the in part C (= 62 lines)
Recommendation
Activities
In case of incomes from employment in a foreign country, determine indicators relevant for the different countries.
Further notes
This activity is linked to a table of class E that can only be partially changed by the customer.
