In this step of the Implementation Guide you set the wage types that will be used by the program used to show the results to be entered into the GLA form for extraction of data relating to payment of contributions due by the company for employer-coordinated workers.

Example

The contribution due originates from the sum of wage types 73A1 and 73P1: the TemSE file record generated by the program will contain, month by month, the number of payments made (according to edited personnel numbers) and the total owed by the company for that month (if you have selected "Amount" in the devoted field).

Activities

Set the table taking the following into account:

  • The wage types groups are fixed: select the group through Help F4; each group corresponds to a GLA form field
  • Field "Number" usually contains value 1; it indicates the sequence in which the several transactions are edited, you thus need to proceed with 2,3 etc. if the amount is to derive from several contributions, that is from a sum / subtraction of wage types
  • Field "Container" must be set with value LG, indicating the wage type
  • Field "Class" is usually empty
  • Field "Value" contains the wage type contributing to calculation of the algebraic sum of the contributions to be paid
  • Field "SA" indicates if this wage type is a value to be added or to be subtracted
  • Field "Field" usually contains value "Amount"
  • Field "Percentage" usually contains value 100
