In this IMG activity, you can define the percentage (based on the order quantity) up to which a customer accepts an underdelivery or an overdelivery. You can also indicate whether the customer allows unlimited overdeliveries and underdeliveries.
You can define the tolerances dependent on sales organization, distribution channel, division, product group, and material.
