Here you define default groups for sales order entry.
The external transportation planning system (TPS) creates internal replenishment orders and plans and optimizes the corresponding shipments. The transportation planning interface sends that information to the SAP system. The incoming IDoc contains information on either the ship-to party or the business location identifier (IS-Oil MRN), which will be used to retrieve the sales order entry group.
When creating orders retroactively in the SAP system, the system defaults the following values using the default group for sales order entry:
- Sales organization
- Distribution channel
- Division
- Sales document type
