Service station partner invoices can be reversed using transaction O3RI03.
This reversal process will try to reset the invoice processing status of the original document base table entries (table OIRADBT) back to 'unprocessed'. However, if the original entires have been deleted from the DBT, because they were completely processed, it is necessary to rebuild document base table entries that match the original source data entries, i.e. to rebuild the DBT entries for the detailed transaction file (DTF) and meter reading history (GMMH) data.
The newly created entries are only relevant for service station partner invoicing and therefore do not require a completion strategy. It is, however, necessary to specify a DBT aggregation procedure in order the define the level of aggregation from the source data fields into the document base table.
The aggregation schema for reversals is assigned at the company code level, but it is possible to specify a 'wildcard' entry by leaving the company code blank. The wildcard entry will then be taken if no specific entry for the company code is defined.
You must maintain the aggregation schema reversed service station partner transactions.
