Description
In this step, you can create and define a business add-in to fill field values defined for the logistics document field in the logistics document schema. Values are either transferred directly from a source structure (basically the document base table), set using a constant or set using this business add-in.
The business add-in is called before the aggregation processing for creating material movements. Within this BADI, you can set field values for the destination structure and field.

Use this BADI to set values for specific fields that can not be derived from the document base table directly.
For performance reasons, consider whether you can use the BADI called after the aggregation processing . In case a field is dependent on a field that is already fiilled, it is recommended that you use the BADI called after aggregation processing at the time when the communication strucure for the logistics document is filled.
