Activities

  1. Check if the forms defined in the standard version of the SAP System meet your requirements and, if not, make the necessary modifications.
  2. Enter the name of the form you want to create.
  3. Enter the key for the language the form is to be created in.
  4. Branch to the Change mode.
  5. If the form name you enter does not exist, you receive a system message and are required to make assignments such as the assignment to a development class in a dialog box.
  6. Save the assignments.
  7. You then reach a dialog box where you are asked for a correction number if your change involves corrections and is relevant for transporting.
  8. Enter the correction number and switch to processing.
  9. Create the form to meet your requirements by copying an existing form and making the necessary changes, or by defining a new form.

To create a new form, copy a similar, existing form and make the necessary changes.
