Here you can define event types to assign certain events to master data objects for a specific period of time. For example, you can define the event type "vehicle under maintenance" for a vehicle, so that you can see in the system that a vehicle is not available for a certain period of time because it is under maintenance. The system checks the event types, during the availability check and the ship-shore comparison.

Activities

You enter an event type and a description. You enter either vehicle or berth in the Application Area field. You can select Reset Data so that the system does not consider the master data for past days during the ship-shore comparison. You can select Not Available, so that the master data object is not available during the period of time designated for the event.
