Description
Table TOIJ_NOM_QSF
In Nomination Maintenance you can use a query function to generate an overview of nomination documents in a tree control.
The query has a list of fixed selection fields, as well as, dynamic selections for some nomination tables.
You have the following possibilities to streamline the query:
- Use report variants to suppress and/or preset selection fields and field values on the selection screen
- Use the Quicksearch function
With the Quicksearch function, you can quickly select nominations using the query.
To do this, you configure all the fields that you want to have available for the Quicksearch function.
You can configure all fixed selection fields and dynamic selections of the query as Quicksearch fields. For performance reasons, it is recommended that you configure only selection fields, such as the nomination number (S_NOMNR) field. In comparison, the transport system (S_TSYST) field is not recommended.
You should create secondary indices for Quicksearch fields that are frequently used .
To configure the fields for use with the Quicksearch, you execute the nomination query, place the cursor on the desired field, and select F1 to find out the query field name. You can view the field name in the technical details. Any field name errors result in a Program Short Dump, when you start the query with an erroneous field name.
