Here you define additional nomination status codes.

A status code is a indicator that is either active or inactive for a nomination. You group status codes into status profiles and assign them to the nomination type as header or item status codes.

The external (those not defined as internal) status codes within the profile are available in the nomination status maintenance dialog.

You need to assign the following attributes to a status code:

  • Internal - status code cannot be set manually in the maintenance dialog.
    An internal status code can only be set directly by a process.
  • Longtext - determines whether a longtext maintenance is available or even required as soon as the status code is set.
  • Authorizaton relevant
    Each time a user tries to access the nomination data, the system authorizes this access for all active status codes that have this indicator selected. In this way, a nomination with the status 'Confirmed by customer' can therefore require a higher authorization level for changes.
  • Quick-confirm relevant
    The quick confirm function within the nomination transaction allows a 'shortcut' to confirm a nomination in one step. All status codes that have this indicator selected are activated when you execute the quick confirm function.
  • Text - Descriptive text for the status code.
