In this activity, you set up the stages of the programs offered at your university. A program can be divided into segments of study called stages.

You must create a new entry for each required stage.

Example

Some of the programs at your university are divided into three stages. Each stage represents one year of study.

You can map this information in the system by setting up program plans and defining their stages.

In the previous activity, you created the program plan three stages.

In this activity, you define the relevant stages:

  • Stage 1
  • Stage 2
  • Stage 3

Then in the following activity, you combine the program plan with the stages to map the program pattern in the system (e.g. Three Stages - Stage 1, Three Stages - Stage 2, Three Stages - Stage 3).

Activities

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter a two-digit key and a description for each stage.
  3. Choose Save.
