Wage elements could be, for instance, standard pay or employer's contributions to social insurance contributions.
The assignment of the wage elements to positions and jobs is carried out via infotype 1015 Cost planning. In certain cases, wage elements can also be stored for work centers and, if necessary, also as "flat-rate costs" for organizational units.
