In this section, you can set up the requirements for delimiting existing wage types on the basis of the employee pay scale structure (pay scale type and area, employee subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision, pay scale group and level).

Example

A particular bonus should no longer be granted to employees with a certain pay scale structure as of a certain key date. Data on the wage type must be still available after this date, however, in case it is necessary to perform a retroactive accounting run.

Requirements

  • You have defined pay scale types, groups and levels.
  • You have compiled a list of the collective agreements valid in your company.

Activities

  1. In the Collective agreement provision grpg. field, enter the subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision for each pay scale group and area.
  2. Define the pay scale group and level for which the wage type is to be delimited.
  3. Enter increase variant C.
  4. Specify the date on which the wage type is to be delimited.

Note

A wage type, that can not be overwritten in the wage type model in the Default wage types for basic pay view, can be delimited.
