In this section, you can set up the requirements for creating new wage types on the basis of the employee pay scale structure, i.e. pay scale type and area, employee subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision, pay scale group and level (variant T).

Example

According to recent pay scale negotiations, a new bonus should be granted to employees with a certain pay scale structure.

Requirements

  • You have defined pay scale types, groups and levels.
  • You have compiled a list of the collective agreements valid in your company.

Activities

  1. In the Collective agreement provision grpg. field, enter the subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision for each pay scale group and area
  2. Define the pay scale group and level for which the new wage type is to be created
  3. Enter increase variant T
  4. Specify the date on which the new wage type is to be created.
  5. In the Wage type field, enter an existing wage type (from infotype 0008 Basic Pay)
  6. In the Ref.WType field, enter the wage type to be created
  7. In the case of directly valuated wage types, enter the amount
  8. Define how the amount is to be rounded
