Activities

  1. Determine your work area by entering your compensation area
  2. Choose New entries to goto the detail screen
  3. On the detail screen:
    1. Choose a guideline from the list
    2. Enter a validity period
    3. Enter a guideline group (optional)
    4. Determine whether you want to calculate your compensation adjustments using fixed, matrix or user-defined guideline and enter the appropriate qualifying data.

Example

  • If you want to use a fixed guideline, enter either a percentage, an amount or a number and if necessary, a calculation variant.
  • If you want to use a matrix guideline, enter the name of the matrix

  1. Save your entries
  2. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have defined all your guidelines
