In this step, you set up the wage type assignments for the form printout. You can subsequently assign wage types to each of these assignments. The wage types are then printed on the remuneration statement according to their assignment and settings.
General procedure
In the remuneration statement, a wage type assignment for the form printout represents a specification in evaluation class 02. Enter the specifications you require for evaluation class 02.
Each entry must include the following information:
- Specification
- Description
Specification
Enter a specification for the wage type assignments for the form printout.
Description
Enter a short description of the business processes relating to the wage type assignment for the form printout.
Example
You want to include a specification for the entry of gross wage types in the evaluation class for the remuneration statement.
In evaluation class 02, enter an appropriate specification:
