In this step, you assign wage types printed in the same window and same layout in the remuneration statement to the respective assignment for the form printout.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have defined the required wage type assignments for evaluation class 02 in the step "Set up assignment for form printout".
General procedure
Select a wage type you wish to include in a wage type assignment for the form printout. Assign the wage type a specification in evaluation class 02 that represents the desired wage type assignment.
Note that in the remuneration statement, wage types are only evaluated in wage type assignments if their values are specified in internal payroll results table "RT" or cumulation results table "CRT".
Each entry must include the following information:
- Specification of the evaluation class
Specification of the evaluation class
Wage types are assigned for the form printout using aevaluation class 02. Assign a two-digit specification to the wage type corresponding to the wage type assignment in the remuneration statement.
Example:
To assign wage type assignment "01" to the wage type, you enter:

Activities
Carry out this step before you structure the form using the form editor.
Assign the respective wage type assignment for the form printout to each wage type by assigning a specification in evaluation class 02.
