This IMG activity enables you to draw up a paper draft of the required payroll account.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you always draw up a paper draft of the required payroll account on squared paper or graph paper before starting configuration. This will help you to avoid errors during configuration.

Activities

In the following section, the first step should be ignored if you use a pre-printed form.

  1. Determine the format (portrait format/landscape) and the number of lines and columns for the required form.
  2. Mark the individual lines and columns on a sheet of squared paper or graph paper or on the pre-printed form by numbering them, starting with 1.
  3. Enter the information required for the later payroll account in the required position on the paper draft.
  4. Decide how you want to display the information (please refer to "Payroll account": How information is displayed in the form").
